Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to leads via email, phone calls, social messages & marketplaces in English.
- Develop a sustainable relationship with your customers.
- Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, target identification, and classification.
- Develop and manage sales and marketing tools.
- Effectively perform cold calls to target prospects.
- Maintain leads in CRM and update them as required.
Skills Required:
- Willingness to shift to 5 pm - 2 am working hours (EST, remote), if needed, once the training period ends.
- Experience with Hubspot tool and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Tech-savvy.
- Excellent communication and customer management skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Office Time: Monday - Friday; 8 hours a day
Location: Banani, Dhaka
Probation period: 6 months
