Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Reach out to leads via email, phone calls, social messages & marketplaces in English.
  • Develop a sustainable relationship with your customers. 
  • Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, target identification, and classification. 
  • Develop and manage sales and marketing tools. 
  • Effectively perform cold calls to target prospects. 
  • Maintain leads in CRM and update them as required. 

 

Skills Required:

  • Willingness to shift to 5 pm - 2 am working hours (EST, remote), if needed, once the training period ends. 
  • Experience with Hubspot tool and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Tech-savvy.
  • Excellent communication and customer management skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

 

Office Time: Monday - Friday; 8 hours a day

Location: Banani, Dhaka

Probation period: 6 months
