PS: Designation and salary range can be moved to Sr. Executive or Deputy Manager role based on experience and expertise.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement and trust.
  • Actively communicate with clients, sharing updates, progress reports, and relevant information to strengthen engagement.
  • Provide timely follow-ups and address client needs effectively.
  • Research and identify potential sales opportunities through various channels.
  • Generate and validate leads, ensuring accuracy and quality before passing to sales teams.
  • Perform effective target identification, segmentation, and classification of prospects.
  • Drive prospect engagement through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to expand and manage pipeline opportunities.
  • Maintain leads and opportunities in CRM systems, ensuring records are updated accurately.
  • Perform basic CRM tasks in HubSpot and Salesforce (lead entry, updates, pipeline management, reporting).
  • Support the team in managing sales and marketing tools to improve efficiency.
  • Carry out VA tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling follow-ups, preparing reports, and organizing documents.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the business development team to streamline workflows.
     

 

Skills Required:

  • Willingness to shift to 5 pm - 2 am working hours (EST, remote), if needed.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce preferred).
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead-gen platforms.
  • Tech-savvy.
  • Excellent communication and customer management skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

 

Office Time: Monday - Friday; 8 hours a day

Location: Banani, Dhaka

Probation period: 6 months
