Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective clients.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, effectively closing deals to meet or exceed targets.
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and propose additional services.
Introduce new solutions and opportunities to increase revenue through up-selling and cross-selling.
Work closely with the operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
Requirements:
Proven track record of successful sales and account management experience of minimum 3 years.
Can showcase sales results of both net new business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Strong understanding of offshore talent acquisition and outsourcing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets.

Understands how to develop Territory Plans, Account Plans, Pipeline Coverage Reports.
