Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered automation workflows from scratch using platforms such as Make.com, N8N, Zapier, Airtable.  N8N experience strongly preferred.
• Use Python (FastAPI) for backend services and React/Next.js with Tailwind CSS for frontend applications
• Implement LLM integration and use prompt engineering for optimization.
• Develop internal process optimizations to streamline our offshore service delivery operations
• Create client-facing automation solutions that enhance the value of our managed offshore services
• Integrate AI processing capabilities into automation workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain and optimize existing automation systems to ensure peak performance
• Collaborate directly with senior management to deliver solutions that support both internal growth and client success
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in automation systems
• Support the development of scalable automation frameworks as our offshore operations expand
• Document automation processes and create technical specifications
• Stay current with emerging automation technologies and AI tools

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in automation design and implementation
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms (Make.com, N8N, Zapier, Airtable, Softr)
• Experience building scalable applications with Python (FastAPI) and modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS).
• Proficiency in scripting languages and data formats (e.g., Python, JavaScript, JSON) and integrating with RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of business process optimization and software development best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Excellent communication skills for senior management and client collaboration
• Self-motivated with the ability to keep pace in a high-growth environment
• Understanding of business process optimization principles
