Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end virtual assistance and business support to global clients.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and schedules across multiple time zones.
  • Handle email logging, tracking, and follow-ups to ensure timely communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and global stakeholders.
  • Actively communicate updates, task progress, and follow-up actions with clients and internal teams.
  • Perform CRM data cleanup, lead updates, and record maintenance to ensure data accuracy.
  • Manage and track tasks, activities, and deadlines using internal tools.
  • Support LinkedIn profile and inbox management, including message handling and engagement tracking.
  • Assist with basic outreach coordination and engagement activities as required.
  • Log, track, and manage support tickets, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution.
  • Prepare reports, organize documents, and support operational workflows.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to improve efficiency and execution across teams.

 

Skills Required

  • Willingness to work 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (BD Time) to support global clients.
  • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Business Support Executive, or similar role.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce preferred).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional communication platforms.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive and dependable work ethic.
