Key Responsibilities:
● Proactively research and identify potential new referral partners who align with our
business goals.
● Develop and implement strategies to engage potential partners effectively, fostering
strong relationships.
● Work closely with the sales team to present and sell the idea of becoming a referral
partner, emphasizing mutual benefits.
● Assist referral partners in making successful introductions by providing them with the
necessary tools, resources, and support.
● Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns and ideas to engage channel
partners, encouraging them to generate more introductions.
● Maintain ongoing communication with channel partners to ensure their needs are met
and they remain motivated to contribute actively.
● Monitor and evaluate the performance of referral partners, providing feedback and
strategies for improvement.

 

Qualifications:
● Proven minimum experience of 3 years in channel management, business development,
or partner relations with “international clients” only.
● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English for engaging and selling
ideas to partners.
● Strong relationship-building abilities with a track record of successful partnerships.
● Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns targeted at channel partners.
● Analytical skills for tracking partner performance and implementing improvement
strategies.
