Role Purpose
Get Levrg is hiring a Contractual Video Designer to support client functions. This role will focus on producing short-form video content, motion graphics, formatted video assets, and channel-specific video variations for campaign activation. This is a hands-on creative production role for someone who can work quickly, follow brand and campaign direction, and turn existing or planned video assets into polished, platform-ready deliverables. The right candidate should be comfortable editing, animating, versioning, formatting, and repurposing video content for digital channels. This is not a full-time permanent position. It is a contractual opportunity requiring approximately 120 hours per month, aligned to AMER working hours.
Key Responsibilities
1. Create and Optimize Short-Form Social Video Assets
Create engaging short-form video snippets for campaign activation.
Edit and structure video content for use across social, digital, and campaign channels.
Optimize video pacing, flow, transitions, visual hierarchy, and message clarity.
Adapt videos for different formats, placements, and platform requirements.
Ensure final outputs feel polished, modern, and aligned with client expectations.
2. Provide Video Editing, Formatting & Versioning Support
Edit raw or existing video content into clean, client-ready deliverables.
Format assets for different aspect ratios, durations, and channel specifications.
Create multiple versions of video assets based on platform, audience, or campaign use case.
Prepare final files with correct naming, resolution, format, and delivery specifications.
Manage revisions and feedback loops efficiently while maintaining quality.
3. Develop Motion Graphics & Animated Visual Elements
Create 2D animations, animated text, transitions, lower thirds, visual callouts, and motion-based enhancements.
Translate static brand assets such as logos, icons, graphics, illustrations, and campaign visuals into dynamic motion.
Use motion graphics to improve storytelling, content performance, and viewer engagement.
Maintain brand consistency across animation styles and visual treatments.
Support explainer-style, campaign-style, and social-first video executions.
4. Support Storyboard Creation & Creative Planning
Support storyboard development for upcoming video initiatives.
Help translate creative direction, scripts, or campaign concepts into visual sequences.
Recommend practical creative approaches based on timeline, available assets, and campaign needs.
Collaborate with creative leads, project managers, and stakeholders to clarify execution requirements before
production begins.
Identify potential production gaps, missing assets, or unclear direction early.
5. Repurpose Existing Video Content into Channel-Specific Assets
Convert existing long-form or source video content into shorter derivative assets.
Create platform-specific cuts for social media, paid campaigns, organic content, and promotional use.
Identify strong moments, hooks, transitions, and content segments that can be repurposed effectively.
Ensure repurposed assets remain coherent, on-brand, and visually engaging.
Support campaign teams by turning available content into more usable creative variations.
6. Collaborate with Internal and External Stakeholders
Work closely with Get Levrg creative and service delivery teams to manage priorities and deliverables.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand feedback, timelines, and quality expectations.
Revise and iterate based on feedback from internal reviewers, clients, or partner teams.
Communicate clearly on progress, blockers, timelines, and support needed.
Maintain a professional, responsive working style during AMER-aligned hours.
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of professional experience in video editing, motion design, animation, or video production.
Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Ability to create engaging short-form videos for social media, digital campaigns, and performance marketing use
cases.
Strong understanding of motion design principles, timing, pacing, visual composition, and storytelling.
Experience formatting and versioning video assets for different platforms and channel requirements.
Ability to work from brand guidelines, campaign direction, scripts, storyboards, and existing assets.
Strong attention to detail across text, transitions, alignment, timing, audio sync, and export settings.
Comfortable working within tight timelines and managing multiple video deliverables.
Strong English communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
Reliable availability for AMER-aligned working hours and approximately 120 hours per month.
Preferred Experience
Experience creating video content for North American or global clients.
Experience working in a marketing agency, creative agency, B2B marketing team, or offshore service delivery
environment.
Experience with SaaS, B2B, campaign launch, social media, paid media, or explainer video content.
Familiarity with social-first video formats and platform trends across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and
paid media channels.
Experience with character animation, animated explainers, or campaign motion graphics.
Basic knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools is a plus.
Ability to support light storyboard creation, creative planning, or visual concepting.
Experience repurposing existing videos into multiple derivative campaign assets.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or similar platforms.
