Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend customer calls, weekly recurring calls, team meetings at day and night time (when assigned).

- Collaborate with respective Project Managers for client deliverables. 
- Act as the main client liaison, providing regular project updates, resolving issues, and managing expectations.  
- Ensure all marketing materials and deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements through thorough reviews and approvals.  
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate high-quality leads and support conversion efforts.  
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.  
- Identify customer needs and content gaps, executing new topics to address them.  
- Manage marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Digital Marketing field.
  • Professional-level skill in spoken and written English is a must.
  • Must be okay with working remotely from 5 pm to 2 am. 
  • Willingness to attend day time customer calls if necessary and come to office once a week.
  • Must have experience in managing a team.
  • Basic understanding of running social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including analytics platforms, CRM systems, and social media management tools.

 

Probation period: 6 months
