Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an economic forecasting model linking revenue growth, resource allocation, and headcount requirements.
• Analyze Hubstaff data to identify trends in utilization, productivity, and staffing efficiency.
• Partner with leadership to deliver data-driven insights for strategic planning and budgeting.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that make complex insights clear and actionable.
• Continuously refine forecasting accuracy through data validation and scenario modeling.
• Support cross-functional planning initiatives by translating data findings into strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Financial Modeler.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and data modeling tools.
• Experience integrating and analyzing operational or workforce data (e.g., from Hubstaff, ERP, or HRIS tools).
• Solid understanding of forecasting methodologies and scenario modeling.
• Excellent communication skills — you can explain the “why” behind the numbers.
