Role Overview
The CRM Specialist is a hands-on technical contributor responsible for the configuration, implementation, optimization, and support of CRM platforms for Get Levrg clients. Working under the guidance of the Business Development Project Manager, you will execute CRM solutions across discovery, build, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization phases. You will collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CRM implementations that drive adoption and business outcomes.
 

Key Responsibilities
CRM Configuration & Customization

  • Configure and customize CRM objects, fields, workflows, pipelines, and processes based on requirements.
  • Build automation (workflows, automations, approval processes) to streamline client operations.
  • Set up and manage security settings (roles, permissions, profiles, sharing rules).
  • Configure dashboards, reports, and views tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain data field standards and implement validation rules to ensure data integrity.
  • Document all configurations with clear technical specifications and configuration records.

Integration & Data Management

  • Design and implement integrations with third-party tools (marketing automation, email, calendar, billing, support platforms).
  • Manage API integrations and troubleshoot data sync issues.
  • Conduct data migration: map, transform, validate, and load client data into the CRM.
  • Perform data cleansing and deduplication to establish data quality baseline.
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards (naming conventions, field definitions, audit trails).
  • Validate data accuracy post-migration and post-launch.

Testing, Documentation & UAT Support

  • Execute QA testing to identify and document defects; triage issues and coordinate fixes.
  • Plan and execute UAT scenarios; work with clients to validate configurations against requirements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation: configuration guides, user guides, FAQs, troubleshooting notes.
  • Build enablement assets (SOPs, quick-start guides, video walkthroughs) for client and internal training.
  • Document release notes and deployment instructions. 

Client Support & Optimization

  • Provide ongoing post-launch support: triage issues, implement fixes, and optimize configurations based on feedback.
  • Participate in client calls to gather requirements, demonstrate functionality, and address technical questions.
  • Monitor CRM usage and proactively recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Support adoption initiatives: gather feedback, identify pain points, and suggest process improvements.
  • Maintain issue tracking and escalation documentation.

Process & Best Practices

  • Follow and contribute to GetLevrg delivery standards and QA checklists.
  • Share learnings and contribute to internal knowledge base and runbooks.
  • Participate in team retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay current with CRM platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
     

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot & Salesforce (admin-level certification or equivalent hands-on expertise required).
  • Proven ability to configure CRM objects, fields, workflows, automation, and security settings.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data migration concepts.
  • Experience with third-party tool integrations and data synchronization.
  • Understanding of CRM administration fundamentals and best practices.
  • Proficiency with data management: cleansing, deduplication, validation, and governance.
  • Project management and documentation tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Confluence, Notion, Google Drive).
  • Comfort with Google Chat/Slack/Teams for rapid team communication.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to client-specific tools and systems quickly.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal) — ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Problem-solving mindset: ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions independently.
  • Client-focused mindset: ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Collaboration and teamwork with PMs, clients, and cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have 

  • Hands-on experience with BOTH HubSpot AND Salesforce (not just one).
  • CRM certifications: HubSpot Admin, HubSpot Sales Hub, Salesforce Admin, or Salesforce Configuration.
  • Experience with RevOps processes: lead management, pipeline hygiene, attribution, forecasting, and renewals.
  • Knowledge of BI/analytics tools: Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • SQL basics or ability to write simple database queries.
  • Familiarity with data integration platforms: Zapier, Integromat, Workato, or similar.
  • Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) concepts and tools.
  • Previous experience supporting or working with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot Marketing Hub, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Vendor/partner collaboration and relationship management experience.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, Agile delivery environments.
