Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and ship full-stack features for the Internal Portal across both service delivery and client-facing surfaces
  • Architect and maintain the portal's database schema, migrations, and query performance as complexity grows
  • Develop backend APIs and frontend interfaces for reporting, automations, and workflow management modules
  • Integrate third-party APIs and automation tooling to support internal workflows
  • Coordinate with teammates and management on active initiatives, scope features, and schedule the working sessions needed to move projects forward
  • Own modules end-to-end — from requirements through deployment and iteration
  • Review code, enforce engineering quality standards, and mentor other team members as the team scales
  • Lead sub-project initiatives within the broader portal roadmap
  • Implement data-heavy UX with strong accessibility and performance
  • Maintain and extend OpenAPI/Swagger docs and ensure endpoints are validated and production-grade

 

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of professional full-stack development experience
  • Strong relational database design expertise — schema modeling, migrations, indexing,
  • query optimization (PostgreSQL preferred)
  • Experience building internal portals, admin panels, or workflow/automation tooling
  • Proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript full-stack development (React or Next.js
  • on the front end, Node.js on the back end)
  • REST and/or GraphQL API design experience
  • Solid Git, CI/CD, and code review discipline
  • Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs
  • CS degree or equivalent relevant professional experience

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with no-code and workflow automation tools
  • Experience working with AI platforms or integrating AI/LLM features into applications
  • Hands-on experience with n8n, Make.com and Zapier
