Key Responsibilities
1) Technical Development & Problem Solving
- Develop, customize, and maintain websites across multiple CMS platforms including Webflow, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and HubSpot.
- Build full-stack solutions using modern front-end and back-end technologies, handling urgent technical issues and bugs with fast, effective fixes.
- Integrate APIs, CRMs, analytics tools, and third-party services while ensuring performance, security, scalability, and accessibility best practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across all projects.
2) Server & Infrastructure Management
- Manage cloud hosting environments on AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar platforms.
- Configure and maintain domains, DNS, SSL, CDN, and caching systems across development, staging, and production environments.
- Implement monitoring, backup protocols, and security best practices.
- Automate deployments and workflows through CI/CD pipelines.
3) Collaboration & Cross-Functional Communication
- Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, and clients to ensure aligned and timely technical delivery.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly in English across written and spoken channels.
- Analyze existing systems proactively, recommend improvements, and take full ownership of technical delivery across projects.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), PHP, and MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms including WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, and HubSpot CMS.
- Solid understanding of server management on AWS or DigitalOcean, DNS, CDN, and SSL configuration.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and deployment workflows.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems quickly under pressure.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with React.js, Next.js, or similar modern front-end frameworks.
- Familiarity with headless CMS architecture including Headless WordPress, Contentful, Sanity, or Strapi.
- Experience working with REST APIs or GraphQL.
- Understanding of modern build tools and workflows such as Vite or Webpack.
