🔧 Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping (if eComm is your playground).
• Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to drive hyper-relevant traffic.
• Write compelling ad copy and work with the creative team to design scroll-stopping visuals.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance in real-time for ROAS, CTR, CPA, Quality Score – the whole alphabet soup.
• Build and run A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Set up proper conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Google Ads conversion codes.
• Stay in the loop with algorithm changes, policy updates, and new ad formats—because Google doesn’t chill.
• Report on campaign performance with clear insights and smart next steps.
   

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience running and scaling Google Ads campaigns like a boss.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads (obviously), including Search, Display, and Video campaigns.
• Strong understanding of bidding strategies (Manual CPC, Max Conversions, ROAS, etc.) and when to use what.
• Experience with Google Analytics (preferably GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups.
• Solid grasp of funnel strategy, audience segmentation, and lead generation tactics.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different industries and geos.
• Bonus: Experience with Performance Max and/or eCommerce campaigns.
• Extra credit: Google Ads Certification(s) – we don’t worship certificates, but hey, it's a flex.
  
  Office Time: Monday-Friday; 8 hours a day

Location: Banani, Dhaka

Probation period: 6 months
