Key Responsibilities

1. CRM Management & Data Hygiene (HubSpot)

  • Maintain clean, accurate, and well-structured data across:
    • Contacts
    • Companies
    • Deals
    • Custom properties
  • Identify and resolve:
    • Duplicate records
    • Incomplete or outdated data
    • Incorrect lifecycle stages or ownership
  • Ensure proper mapping of:
    • Lead sources
    • ICP attributes
    • Account ownership
    • Pipeline and deal stages
  • Support reporting accuracy for Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Leadership teams

2. Data Enrichment & Clay Operations

  • Build, manage, and optimize Clay tables for:
    • Lead lists
    • Account lists
    • TAM and ICP mapping
    • Enrichment workflows
  • Execute and monitor enrichment processes using:
    • Clay
    • LinkedIn-based signals and data sources
  • Ensure all enriched data meets internal quality and accuracy standards before syncing to HubSpot
  • Monitor enrichment usage to maintain cost efficiency and prioritization

3. GTM & Revenue Operations Support

  • Prepare clean, structured datasets to support:
    • Outbound and prospecting campaigns
    • Account-based marketing (ABM) efforts
    • Partner and reseller initiatives
  • Assist with:
    • Segmentation logic
    • ICP targeting
    • Vertical- or industry-specific data preparation
  • Provide backend data support for:
    • New client launches
    • Expansion and upsell initiatives
    • Pilot GTM campaigns

4. Reporting & Data Insights

  • Build and maintain internal trackers and reports related to:
    • Campaign performance
    • Lead quality
    • Pipeline health
    • Enrichment coverage
  • Support Finance and Leadership with:
    • Data validation
    • Audit-ready datasets
    • Lifecycle and performance tracking
  • Proactively surface data gaps, trends, or risks that may impact GTM execution

5. Process, SOPs & Documentation

  • Document:
    • Data workflows
    • Enrichment logic
    • CRM conventions and rules
  • Follow and continuously improve SOPs related to:
    • Data intake
    • Data updates
    • Data quality checks
  • Work closely with Service Delivery to ensure smooth handoffs between data preparation and execution teams.

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in:
    • Revenue Operations
    • GTM Operations
    • CRM Administration / Data Operations
    • Supporting HubSpot CRM in a live sales/GTM environment
  • Operations Focus
    • Experience in execution-oriented roles (not strategy-only)
  • HubSpot & CRM Operations
    • Maintain and clean Contacts, Companies, Deals
    • Create/manage custom properties
    • Prevent duplicates and inconsistencies
    • Enforce lifecycle stages, ownership, pipeline structure
    • Use HubSpot workflows and basic automation
    • Understand CRM structure’s impact on reporting and GTM execution
  • Data Enrichment & Tooling
    • Hands-on experience with Clay or similar tools
    • Build/manage lead and account lists
    • Run/monitor enrichment workflows
    • Validate data before syncing to HubSpot
    • Manage enrichment costs and prioritization
  • GTM & Revenue Operations Fundamentals
    • Understand GTM workflows, sales funnels, outbound & account based GTM motions
    • Prepare datasets for outbound, ABM, account management and expansion efforts
  • Data Quality & Execution
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Comfortable with large datasets and repetitive tasks
    • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, process breakdowns
    • Follow through on cleanup, validation, maintenance
  • Process & Work Style
    Work independently with minimal supervision
    • Follow SOPs and documented processes
    • Clear written communication and documentation
    • Collaborate with GTM, Revenue Ops, VA support, and Service Delivery teams

 

Nice to Have (Preferred but Not Required)

  • Experience supporting:
    • ABM campaigns
    • BDR or outbound data preparation
    • SaaS or Professional Services GTM models
       
  • Basic knowledge of:
    • SQL
    • Spreadsheet automation
    • Data cleanup or automation scripts
