Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute fun, inclusive activities that bring teams together — both in and outside the office.
  • Organize office events, celebrations, and recognition programs (birthdays, festivals, milestones, etc.).
  • Support the HR team in building and maintaining a positive, values-driven workplace culture.
  • Gather feedback through surveys and check-ins to continuously improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with department leads to ensure cultural alignment and team morale.
  • Coordinate logistics for town halls, workshops, offsites, and company events.
  • Manage internal communications related to culture, events, and employee initiatives.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or event coordination.
  • A natural people person — enthusiastic, creative, and great at building relationships.
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills (you’ll juggle a lot of moving pieces!).
  • Strong communication skills — both in person and online.
  • A flair for creative ideas that boost morale and foster connection.
