Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns with a focus on real impact.
  • Translate data (audience segmentation, keyword targeting) into clear insights and meaningful next steps.
  • Keep an eye on LinkedIn’s evolving ad features and recommend new tactics.
  • Ensure tracking and attribution are watertight across pixels, tags, and analytics.
  • Lead and contribute to campaigns through AI automation tools like Clay, SixSense, and HubSpot, helping us unlock smart automation and customer journeys.
  • Coordinate with copywriters and designers for ad creatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and flag issues or opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide performance reporting support, including compiling results and insights.
  • Assist with post-campaign analysis to inform future strategy, creative direction, and content optimizations.
     

Requirements

  • 1-1.5 years of hands-on LinkedIn Campaign Manager use experience.
  • Working knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Experience running campaigns through HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • Great instincts for audience targeting, creative testing, and optimisation
  • Sharp analytical skills and confidence in communicating performance insights
  • A collaborative mindset, with a calm, proactive approach to challenges.
