Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Technology Project Manager to own the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of MarTech projects at Get Levrg. This role ensures complex, cross-functional initiatives across marketing automation, UI/UX, SEO, email marketing, and web & automation services are delivered on time, within scope, and to high quality standards.

This is a delivery leadership role. The ideal candidate has a working understanding of MarTech services and excels at building actionable project plans, monitoring quality, managing risks, and driving projects to successful client outcomes.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Own end-to-end delivery of MarTech projects, including:
    • Marketing automation setup, workflows, QA, optimization, and reporting
    • UI/UX design, research, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems
    • SEO initiatives (technical, on-page, local, content, audits, AI/GEO/AEO, YouTube SEO)
    • Email marketing campaigns and optimization
    • Website development, landing pages, workflow automation, and technical integrations
       
  • Create detailed project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables
  • Translate client requirements into clear, actionable execution plans.

 

Monitoring, Quality & Reporting

  • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines on an ongoing basis
  • Ensure teams meet defined quality standards and delivery benchmarks
  • Proactively identify blockers and drive timely resolution
  • Prepare and share clear internal and client-facing status reports

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the MarTech Team Lead for resource planning and prioritization
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to understand client goals, scope, and expectations
  • Act as the central point of coordination across cross-functional teams for assigned projects

 

Ownership & Accountability

  • Take full ownership of project outcomes and delivery success
  • Ensure scope alignment, deadline adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and execution efficiency

 

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in project management within MarTech, digital marketing, or technology services
  • Working understanding of marketing automation, SEO, UI/UX, email marketing, and web development workflows
  • Strong experience in project planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex dependencies
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a marketing or digital agency environment
  • Familiarity with tools and platforms such as HubSpot, monday.com, GA4, WordPress, Webflow, Cloudflare, or similar
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent client projects
