🔧 Responsibilities

• Strategize, execute, and manage high-performing Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns for multiple brands across global markets.
• Optimize campaigns daily to maximize ROAS, CTR, and CPA – basically, live and breathe the Ads Manager.
• Build and test killer creative variations, audience segments, placements, and funnel strategies.
• Use analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) to turn data into decisions.
• Collaborate with creative and copy teams to ensure ad content hits hard and converts.
• Stay up to date with Meta’s frequent algorithm updates, targeting options, and ad formats – because Meta never sleeps, and neither do we.
• Prepare performance reports and share insights with internal teams and clients.
   

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta ads with proven ROI results (show us the numbers – we love numbers).
• Deep understanding of Meta’s ad ecosystem including Business Manager, Pixel, Events, and Conversion APIs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to read performance data and pivot strategy on the fly.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, funnel mapping, and audience segmentation.
• Comfort juggling multiple accounts and budgets – from scrappy startups to scaled campaigns.
• Bonus: Experience with eComm, lead gen, or working with international audiences.
• Even bigger bonus: You've played with Lookalike audiences like a magician and nailed cold-to-warm funnel strategies like a pro.
  
  Office Time: Monday-Friday; 8 hours a day

Location: Banani, Dhaka

Probation period: 6 months
