Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee social media & marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with brand goals and audience engagement.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer success managers, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and providing regular updates on campaign progress.
• Develop and maintain content calendars, ensuring a consistent and effective social media presence.
• Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution, proactively addressing them to ensure smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing content aligns with overall brand messaging and objectives.
• Report key findings and performance results to stakeholders, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or project management.
• Proven experience in managing and leading teams within a fast-paced marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and advertising strategies.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customer success managers and internal teams.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze key performance indicators and make informed decisions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
• Professional-level proficiency in spoken and written English is a plus.

Office Time: Monday-Friday; 8 hours a day

Location: Banani, Dhaka

Probation period: 6 months
