About the Role
Get Levrg is looking for a Paid Media Expert to own and scale our paid acquisition efforts across multiple digital advertising platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with data, takes ownership of campaign performance, and continuously looks for opportunities to improve results.
You’ll manage the entire paid media lifecycle across channels including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms as we expand our marketing efforts. From campaign planning and execution to optimization and reporting, you’ll play a key role in driving qualified pipeline and supporting our growth across international markets. We believe in giving our specialists ownership. You’ll have the autonomy to make strategic decisions, test new ideas, optimize budgets, and use performance insights to guide where we invest next.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, launch, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms for B2B lead generation.
- Own channel strategy and budget allocation, continuously optimizing spend based on campaign performance and business priorities.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, proactively identifying issues and opportunities before they impact results.
- Design and execute structured A/B tests across audiences, bidding strategies, placements, messaging, landing pages, and creative assets.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative and Content teams by developing clear creative briefs and providing performance-driven feedback to improve ad effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance using key business metrics such as Cost per Lead (CPL), lead quality, conversion rates, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and overall cost efficiency.
- Maintain accurate tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement across advertising platforms to ensure reliable reporting and informed decision-making.
- Stay current with platform updates, emerging advertising trends, AI-powered marketing tools, and industry best practices, recommending new opportunities where appropriate.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably within a B2B, SaaS, agency, or high-growth environment.
- Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. Experience with LinkedIn Ads and other paid channels is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking, GA4, and attribution best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and confidently adjust campaign strategy based on performance.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing spend to maximize qualified lead generation and return on investment.
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools to improve campaign planning, creative development, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms, along with proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and native advertising platform reporting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across marketing, creative, and sales teams.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to experiment, learn quickly, and continuously improve campaign performance.
