đź”§ Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta (FB/IG).
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and creative testing to drive ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance daily; adjust bidding, targeting, and creatives for maximum impact.
- Ensure accurate tracking & attribution via pixels, tags, GA4, HubSpot, GTM.
- Collaborate with copywriters & designers to deliver high-performing ad creatives.
- Leverage AI and automation tools (Clay, SixSense, HubSpot) to scale campaigns and workflows.
- Run A/B tests on ads, audiences, placements, and landing pages.
- Stay updated on new ad features, formats, and algorithms across platforms.
- Provide performance reports, insights, and post-campaign analysis to guide future strategy.
âś… Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Proven success in scaling campaigns with strong ROI/ROAS.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, HubSpot, GTM, conversion tracking setups.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear insights & next steps.
- Experience in A/B testing, funnel strategies, and audience building.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
- Bonus: eCommerce/Performance Max experience + Google Ads Certification.

Location: Banani, Dhaka
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day
Probation: 6 months
