Job Description:

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule regular posts across all social media platforms.
  • Develop a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
  • Maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns, launches, and company updates.
  • Monitor performance and optimize content using analytics and insights.

 

Community Engagement & PR

  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, friendly manner.
  • Proactively engage with customers, partners, and followers to build a strong community.
  • Manage reputation and ensure positive brand perception across online channels.
  • Identify opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, and influencer engagement.
  • Handle crisis communication or sensitive responses with care and professionalism.
     

Brand Communications

  • Uphold and communicate company values in all interactions.
  • Share employee spotlights, behind-the-scenes content, team wins, and culture updates.
  • Work closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Create content that positions the company as trustworthy, human, and value-driven

 

Content Creation

  • Write and edit captions, posts, and short-form stories.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, or videographers as needed.
  • Suggest and develop creative ideas such as reels, campaigns, contests, etc.
     

Reporting & Strategy

  • Track growth and engagement metrics across platforms.
  • Provide monthly performance reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
  • Suggest new channels, tactics, or trends worth exploring

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media management, PR, or employer branding
  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and content calendars
  • Excellent English writing and storytelling skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a consistent brand voice
  • Passion for employer branding, culture storytelling, and people-first content
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with HR, leadership, and creative teams
  • Experience using social media analytics to measure and improve performance
  • Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Experience working with international or global brands is a plus.
