Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage digital business development projects from ideation to execution.
• Supervise and guide a team, ensuring smooth coordination and on-time deliverables.
• Help CSMs build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their goals and offering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align growth strategies.
• Monitor project performance and prepare reports on outcomes and KPIs.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in digital business development or related roles.
✅ Experience with tools like Salesforce, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn prospecting, Expandi, Apollo.io, Hubspot.
✅ At least 6 months of experience managing or leading a team.
✅ Strong communication and presentation skills in professional English (spoken and written).
✅ Solid understanding of digital ecosystems, online marketing, and client acquisition strategies.
✅ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
✅ Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and measurable growth.
