Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage digital business development projects from ideation to execution.
  • Supervise and guide a team, ensuring smooth coordination and on-time deliverables.
  • Help CSMs build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their goals and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align growth strategies.
  • Monitor project performance and prepare reports on outcomes and KPIs.

 

Requirements:

βœ… Minimum 2 years of experience in digital business development or related roles.
βœ… Experience with tools like Salesforce, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn prospecting, Expandi, Apollo.io, Hubspot.
βœ… At least 6 months of experience managing or leading a team.
βœ… Strong communication and presentation skills in professional English (spoken and written).
βœ… Solid understanding of digital ecosystems, online marketing, and client acquisition strategies.
βœ… Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
βœ… Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and measurable growth.
