Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple design projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, illustrators, and motion artists, to achieve project goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer success managers, gathering requirements, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation and workflow management.
• Review and approve design work to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines, client expectations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to integrate design elements seamlessly into broader campaigns.
• Identify project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
• Track project performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights for continuous process improvement.
   

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within a graphic design, creative agency, or marketing environment.
• Strong portfolio of previous works.
• Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and visual communication.
• Proven experience in managing creative teams and multiple projects simultaneously is a bonus.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Notion, Trello, or Monday.com.

Office Time: Monday-Friday; 8 hours a day

Location: Banani, Dhaka

Probation period: 6 months
