Description

Key Responsibilities

1) End-to-End Delivery Ownership (Brief → Outcome)

  • Own the full lifecycle of marketing initiatives: intake → planning → execution → QA → delivery → reporting → iteration
  • Break down briefs into actionable tasks, define deliverables, set milestones, and ensure clear handoffs
  • Maintain a strong “definition of done” for each deliverable (quality, format, approvals, measurable goals)

2) Project Planning, Tracking & Execution Management

  • Build and maintain project plans including task assignments, dependencies, and timelines
  • Run delivery using online PM tools (Monday.com preferred; Asana / ClickUp acceptable)
  • Track workload and capacity; prioritize effectively across multiple concurrent clients/projects
  • Identify risks early (scope creep, unclear inputs, bandwidth constraints) and take corrective action

3) Cross-Functional Coordination (Service Delivery Alignment)

  • Coordinate with team leads and specialists across: SEO, performance marketing, social media, content/copywriting, design, video, analytics
  • Ensure each contributor has clarity on expectations, due dates, input requirements, and review cycles
  • Remove blockers by aligning inputs, approvals, and dependencies before timelines slip

4) Stakeholder Management (CSM, Management, Client-Facing Support)

  • Partner with CSMs to ensure delivery aligns with customer goals, priorities, and constraints
  • Provide consistent weekly status updates: progress, risks, upcoming milestones, dependencies, decisions needed
  • Support client-facing communication when required: meeting readiness, follow-ups, action tracking, expectation setting
  • Manage scope changes with structure: document changes, assess impact, and escalate approvals when needed

5) Quality Control & Brand/Brief Compliance

  • Ensure deliverables match brief intent, brand guidelines, and channel best practices before client submission
  • Coordinate internal reviews and approvals, ensuring feedback is consolidated and actionable
  • Reduce rework through tighter requirements, review discipline, and version control

6) Performance Tracking & Delivery Reporting

  • Ensure campaigns close with outcome visibility (what shipped, what changed, what worked, what didn’t)
  • Work with specialists to interpret performance data and produce clear summaries focused on ROI and impact
  • Use learnings to improve future planning, timelines, and execution playbooks

7) Process & Documentation Discipline

  • Maintain strong documentation: meeting notes, decision logs, risks/issues tracker, scope notes
  • Use SOPs/checklists consistently; recommend improvements when patterns of failure/rework emerge
  • Establish repeatable delivery rituals (weekly delivery review, risk review, stakeholder updates)

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in project management for marketing (agency or in-house delivery environment)
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional workflows across creative/content/performance teams
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing delivery cycles (social, content, email, paid ads, SEO fundamentals)
  • Strong command of project management tools (Monday.com preferred, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and follow-up discipline—able to manage multiple projects without losing detail
  • Strong English communication (written and spoken): concise updates, documentation, and meeting leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to identify what’s not working and escalate early with context and proposed solutions

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Experience delivering multiple marketing product scopes under one client/program (integrated campaigns)
  • Familiarity with marketing ops tooling: GA4, Looker Studio, Meta/Google Ads dashboards, CRM workflows
  • Experience building SOPs, checklists, and internal QA standards
  • Basic understanding of conversion funnels and lead quality indicators (MQL/SQL concepts)
