Key Responsibilities

Portfolio & Program Management

  • Oversee the master marketing delivery roadmap across all assigned client accounts, ensuring campaigns, launches, and creative requests are aligned, prioritized, and balanced against team capacity
  • Translate high-level client marketing strategies into structured, actionable execution plans scoped and tracked in Monday.com
  • Manage the full project lifecycle for Marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns from build through optimization and performance review
  • Manage website development, landing pages, workflow automation, and technical integrations end-to-end

Monday.com Ownership

  • You’ll own project architecture in Monday.com — building boards, subitems, dependencies, and timeline views for each client engagement.

Capacity & Resource Planning

  • Own resource forecasting and utilization across the marketing delivery team
  • Actively manage team bandwidth, anticipate bottlenecks, and collaborate with the Operations Manager to reallocate resources or flag capacity gaps before they impact delivery
  • Partner with the Marketing Team Lead for sprint planning, prioritization, and workload balancing
  • Coordinate with the Customer Success Manager to align resource allocation against client goals and contract scope

PM Standards & Process Ownership

  • Establish, standardize, and champion project management best practices, workflows, and templates across the marketing delivery team
  • Author and maintain SOPs and runbooks for recurring delivery workflows, ensuring knowledge is documented and transferable
  • Identify automation opportunities within Monday.com and the broader toolstack to reduce manual overhead
  • Mentor and guide junior PMs or coordinators, raising the operational floor of the team

Monitoring, Quality & Reporting

  • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines continuously in Monday.com
  • Ensure teams meet defined quality standards and delivery benchmarks on every sprint
  • Proactively identify blockers and drive timely resolution - escalating to the Operations Manager only when necessary
  • Prepare and share clear internal and client-facing status reports on a recurring cadence
  • Provide high-level reporting on project health, risks, and milestones to the Operations Manager and marketing leadership
  • Stakeholder Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as the primary operational coordination point across cross-functional teams for all assigned client projects
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Manager to align on client goals, scope, and expectations at every stage
  • Bridge communication between delivery, QC, and client-facing teams to ensure aligned execution
  • Maintain stakeholder trust through clear, structured, and proactive communication - no surprises on deadlines

 

Requirements 

Must Have

  • 4+ years of PM experience in Marketing, digital marketing, or technology services
  • Expert-level Monday.com proficiency: boards, automations, dashboards, and dependencies
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams with complex concurrent client deliverables
  • Strong capacity planning and resource forecasting skills across multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience in a marketing or digital agency environment with multiple live accounts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills

 

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience building Monday.com automations
  • Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall and ability to adapt to creative workflows
  • PMP, Prince2, CSM, or equivalent PM certification
  • Experience mentoring junior PMs or coordinators
  • Prior exposure to offshore or distributed team delivery models
