About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who is not only skilled in WordPress, Webflow, and server management, but also exceptional at problem-solving and analytical thinking.

This role goes beyond development; you'll take ownership of building and maintaining high-performing, secure, and scalable web platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with Client’s design, marketing, to deliver seamless digital experiences while ensuring robust backend infrastructure and smooth server operations.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development

• Design, develop, and maintain WordPress and Webflow websites.
• Create and customize themes, templates, and plugins to meet business needs.
• Convert Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch designs into pixel-perfect, responsive websites.
• Implement API integrations and automate workflows with CRMs, analytics tools, and third-party platforms.
• Optimize page speed, Technical SEO, and accessibility for top-tier performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and implement efficient, long-term solutions.
   

Server & Infrastructure Management

• Manage server environments (AWS, DigitalOcean, Google Cloud, etc.) for hosting and deployment.
• Configure and maintain Linux-based servers, DNS, SSL, CDN, and caching systems.
• Implement and monitor security protocols, firewalls, backups, and malware protection.
• Set up and maintain staging, testing, and production environments.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
• Monitor performance, uptime, and resolve server or infrastructure-level issues proactively.

Problem-Solving & Optimization

• Diagnose and resolve complex development, performance, or configuration issues across the stack.
• Continuously analyze, debug, and improve existing systems for better scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate creative ideas into technical solutions.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and suggest improvements to current tools or architecture.
• Write clean, modular, and documented code for long-term sustainability.
   

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in full stack web development.
• Strong expertise in WordPress, Webflow, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), PHP, and MySQL.
• Experience with server management (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar cloud environments).
• Solid understanding of DNS configuration, and CDN/SSL management.
• Proven ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems efficiently.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, and automated deployment tools.
